Point Of Difference
My coaching of grappling, which I have used with the AFL’s most elite athletes and clubs as-well as junior and pro amateur athletes, has offered a multitude of positive benefits. Firstly, It fosters a deep understanding of body mechanics, balance, and coordination, which can be directly translated into AFL, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury such as concussion.

Additionally, my coaching of grappling cultivates mental toughness, and adaptability, crucial traits in one of Australia’s toughest competitive sports. The techniques I teach, both offensively and defensively, provide athletes with a broader skill set and enhance their strategic versatility. Ultimately, the positive influence of grappling in AFL goes beyond technique, instilling athletes with a solid foundation of resilience and a winning mindset.
